§ Mr. StonehouseAn exercise enabling hon. Members to hear sonic bangs was staged at Upwood in April, 1965. As I said during the Adjournment Debate on 3rd February, the Government are considering proposals for fuller tests of the effect of sonic bangs, and I will bear the hon. Member's suggestion in mind.
