§ Mr. John MorrisThe Working Party on the Construction and Use Regulations has considered draft regulations to control noise from motor vehicles and its views are being incorporated in a revised draft now under preparation. My right hon. Friend hopes to circulate this shortly to all those concerned, including members of the Working Party, for their comments.
