§ Mr. SwinglerA wide variety of studies and investigations are in hand, including the evaluation of proposals for major investment in public transport and the planning and development of London's major road networks. Specific items under study include possible links between central London and Heathrow airport; interchange arrangements at main-line stations and other passenger transfer points; car parking arrangements at commuter railway stations; and coordinated development of bus operation and traffic management measures.
