§ Mr. HattersleySo far, the Industrial Training Boards for the Construction, Iron and Steel, Shipbuilding and Water Supply industries have published grant schemes which provide for payment of grant for approved courses of training for shop stewards. The Iron and Steel Board's scheme also covers part-time trade union officials.
