Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs how many people from Gibraltar have emigrated to Australia and Canada since arrangements were made to send a representative from the Australian and Canadian Embassies in Madrid or elsewhere to facilitate these movements this year; and how many had emigrated in the previous six months; and what steps are being taken to see that such emigrants can still vote in the referendum.
