§ 56. Mr. Hefferasked the Minister of Labour what action he has taken regarding the dispute arising from the refusal of the employers side of the National Joint Council for the Workshops for the Blind, to honour existing terms of employment until such time as they are superseded by any further agreed terms.
§ Mr. HattersleyI understand that an offer by the Employers' Side is still in the procedure provided by the constitution of the National Joint Council for Workshops for the Blind. It would there-10W fore be inappropriate for me to intervene at this stage. I am, however, keeping in touch with developments.
