Mr. Scott

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will state the results of the consultation with the interests concerned on the creation of new administration machinery for footpaths and bridleways.

In association with his right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales my right hon. Friend has appointed a Committee to examine the whole question. The membership and terms of reference are given in the enclosed copy of a reply given to a Question by my hon.
