Mr. Raymond Fletcherasked the Minister of Transport what action she intends to take about the excessive hours worked by many mini-cab drivers, as revealed by the British Safety Council's report, a copy of which has been sent to her, in view of the mounting danger to public safety to which the report draws attention.
