§ 26. Mr. Grieveasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that in the Dorridge area of Solihull postal deliveries are late and the telephone service inadequate; and whether he will take steps to remedy the deficiencies in these services in the area.
§ Mr. Joseph SlaterThe telephone service in the Dorridge area is generally satisfactory, but if the hon. and learned Gentleman has details of specific failures I will gladly look into them. The late deliveries of mail are due to a shortage50W of staff in the area. We are doing all we can to remedy this.
