§ Mr. Buckasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will arrange for the annual report of Her Majesty's Inspector of Constabulary, that of the Commissioner of Metropolitan Police and for the Annual Criminal Statistics to be published by June of any year to enable the House of Commons to consider them before the summer adjournment.
