§ Mr. CroslandThe Schools Council has decided to set up a company which 195W will negotiate with commercial publishers for the publication, among other things, of teaching materials resulting from the development projects which the Council has financed. The Council is representative of all parts of the education system with teachers in a majority. It requires no outside authority for this decision.
