§ Mr. ShoreThe Chairmen of the Regional Economic Planning Councils have been fully informed by my right hon. Friend of the reasons why the Government decided to set up the Committee under Sir Joseph Hunt. The process of setting up the Committee has not been completed and the procedures for handling its business, which will be primarily for the Committee to decide, have not yet been worked out.
