§ Mrs. HartI would refer the hon. Members to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Southend, West (Mr. Channon) on 18th July (Vol. 750, c. 213). Since then the British Government Representative has informed me that the tribunal 89W was expected to resume on 19th or 20th July. I was informed on 22nd July that the hearing of Mr. Gaskell's habeas corpus application had concluded, but that the judge had reserved his decision.
