colliding with contractors' refuse containers parked in streets; and, pending the introduction of legislation, what steps she is taking to see that owners or hirers of these containers ensure that they are adequately lighted at night, or painted in light colours so that they can be seen more easily.
§ Mr. SwinglerSuch accidents have not been separately recorded. It is clearly desirable that these containers should be lighted at night, and we are considering the need for legislation on this question; no other action is at present being taken by the Department.
