§ 103. Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, within existing regulations on the sale of milk, retailers are entitled to make a contract for delivery to their customers involving a charge for this service.
§ Mr. RossRegulations with regard to retail sales of milk are laid down in the Milk (Great Britain) Order, 1967. Responsibility for deciding, in any particular case, whether such a contract is in accordance with the regulations is a matter for the appropriate court to determine.
