asked the Minister of Labour what has been the change in the numbers employed in Wales in the manufacturing industries and in the service industries between May, 1966, and May, 1967.

Employment estimates for Wales, analysed by industry, are available only for June each year. Supplementary estimates, in total only, are made quarterly. All of these estimates are based on counts of National Insurance chards exchanged and are available approximately seven months after the reference date.
