§ 22. Mr. Iremongerasked the Minister of Health if he will make a statement about the availability of nicotinic acid from pharmacists in the United Kingdom in tablets carrying a sufficiently massive dose to meet the requirements of the Hoffer-Osmond treatment of schizophrenia.
§ Mr. Snow500 milligram tablets of nicotinamide, which is a derivative of nicotinic acid used for preference where large dosage is necessary, for the treatment in question, are obtainable through pharmacists.
