§ Mr. Edward ShortI shall not be issuing the stamp again, but this is because120W it is not my practice to re-issue designs that have been withdrawn. It is no reflection on the design itself, which was prepared by a child and exhibits a freshness and exuberance which many people, including myself, found most attractive.
