§ Mr. Harold LeverUntil the Industrial Reorganisation Corporation can become self-financing, it will meet its initial administrative expenses from the Exchequer investment made under Section 5 of the Industrial Reorganisation Corporation Act, 1966. A Supplementary Estimate has been presented (HC227): until this has been approved by Parliament, advances will be made to the Corporation from the Civil Contingencies Fund.
