§ Mr. SwinglerA large scale publicity campaign to familiarise the public with the new road signs and their meaning has 25W been in progress for the past two years and will continue. The campaign has included the sale and free issue of leaflets and wall charts; a mobile exhibition and short films on television. The object of the Ministry's campaign is to make available to road users the means to educate themselves in the meaning of the new signs. It is for road users themselves to make the necessary effort to learn.
