§ Mr. ReynoldsAs my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs explained to the House on 12th December last, Her Majesty's Government have not taken any decision to bring back troops from Germany to this country pending further discussion with our allies. Until we know the number of troops, if any, which might have to be withdrawn, I cannot give the hon. Member the estimates he seeks.
