asked the Minister of Power what representations have been made to him for the proper use of natural indigenous fuels by the National Coal Board and the National Union of Mineworkers, respectively.

In their discussions with me both bodies have shown a proper concern for the welfare of the coal industry and its work people. I shall give due weight to the role of indigenous fuels in the present review of fuel policy.
