asked the Minister of Transport whether she has received the Welsh Transport Users' Consultative Committee's annual report for 1966 which refers to the deterioration of rail services in Western Wales; and if she will make a statement.

My right hon. Friend received this Report and is at present discussing with the Railways Board the comments relating to rail services in Western Wales.
