§ Mr. John MackieSince November, 1964 I have received copies of eight agreements between drainage boards and local rating authorities under Section 25. I do not know how many rating authorities have made arrangements under such agreements to spread the drainage rate throughout the whole of their area. This is entirely within their own discretion and does not have to be specified in the agreement.
