§ 68. Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has now agreed methods by which bull licences issued in England will be valid in Scotland.
§ Mr. RossYes. As from 1st April next a Scottish licence will be automatically issued in respect of a bull already licensed in England which is transferred to Scotland.
