§ Mr. William RodgersThe Council for Cultural Co-operation of the Council of Europe recently submitted to the Committee of Ministers a recommendation in favour of the establishment of a permanent youth centre at Strasbourg. This recommendation has yet to be discussed by the Committee of the Ministers' Deputies. The instructions to the United Kingdom representative on this Committee are at present under consideration.
