§ Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will withdraw permission for a branch of the National Building Agency to develop its own system of industrial housing construction, in view of the fact that the Agency is intended to give impartial advice to his Department about the merits of competitive systems of industrial housing construction existing in this country.
