§ Mr. JayThe Board of Trade has used its powers under Section 18 of the Protection of Depositors Act, 1963, to investigate the situation. As a result, the company filed its petition for a compulsory winding-up order which was made by the Court today. The Senior Official Receiver is investigating the company's affairs.
