Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what increase took place in the number of civil servants in Great Britain between December 1964 and December 1966.
§ Mr. MacDermotExcluding the Post Office the increase in the number of civil servants, both industrial and nonindustrial, in the two years ending 1st October 1966 was 14,400. Including the Post Office the increase was 38,100.
