§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what representations he has received from Cheshire concerning the Manchester Education Committee's decision to use the name Brooklands High School to describe one of the schools in South Manchester to be included in its reorganisation of secondary education from September, 1967; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. CroslandMy Department has been approached by the Cheshire Authority in an attempt to secure a change in the name of the school. I am informing them that this is not a matter in which I would propose to intervene.
