§ Miss HerbisonIt is not possible to state the total cost to public funds of this appeal as the respondent's bill of costs has yet to be received, and taxed. The amount of benefit payable in the case which was the subject of the appeal has not yet been determined by the adjudicating authorities under the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act. The appeal was made because the case involved important questions potentially affecting a large number of cases under the Act.
