§ Sir M. Galpernasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in view of the recent cases of doctors over-prescribing dangerous drugs to drug addicts, he will expedite the introduction of regulations under Section 1 of the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1967 laying down the conditions for granting of licences to doctors authorising them to prescribe such drugs.
