§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will estimate the amount of Exchequer subsidies for local authority housing in 1967–68 and 1968–69, respectively.
§ Mr. MacColl:The estimated total Exchequer housing subsidy payments to public authorities (including New Towns) in England and Wales in 1967–68 is about £99 million. The estimated total for 1968–69 will be published in the estimates in due course.
