Brownasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many private traders and local authorities in England and Wales have 440W received grants or loans in each of the last five years towards the erection of new abattoirs, the installation of new equipment in abattoirs and the reconstruction of existing abattoirs, respectively; what was the total amount of such grants and loans in each category; and what was the largest single grant in each year.
