§ Mr. Norwoodasked the Minister of Health (1) whether he is aware that local authority dark-room technicians receive approximately 60 per cent. more than those employed in the National Health Service; and if he will take steps to remedy this anomaly;
(2) whether he is aware of the low rates of pay received by dark-room technicians in the National Health Service; and if he will now take steps to increase the rates from the present level of £12 per week.
