§ Mr. Ridleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps he is taking to increase the Borstal training places that are available, in order to eliminate the waiting period for such training.
§ Mr. Callaghan:A new borstal for 300 boys will be opened next year at Onley in Northamptonshire and I am consulting local authorities about possible sites or premises for at least three other borstals.
