§ Mr. Greenwood:The reference to the National Board for Prices and Incomes was concerned with the reasons for, and phasing of, increases in rents of local authority housing, and did not imply a prior view about the reasonableness or otherwise of particular increases. I am issuing a circular of guidance to local authorities on the subject of local authority rent increases.
