the payment of Selective Employment Tax and extend the region employment premium scheme to include this industry.

No. The tourist industry should benefit from the fact that devaluation will make holidays in Great Britain more attractive for visitors from most overseas countries. The changes proposed would be incompatible with the purposes of the Selective Employment Tax and the Regional Employment Premium.
