asked the Minister of Labour how many school-leavers, male and female, are registered at the employment exchanges in Ashington and Morpeth, in the county of Northumberland; how long they have been waiting for employment; and whether he will make a statement.

On 13th November 18 boys and 17 girls at Ashington, 3 boys and 4 girls at Morpeth. Statistics showing how long school leavers have been 11W registered for work are not available. Youth Employment Officers will continue to do everything possible to help these young persons find employment.
