asked the Minister of Health what steps are being taken to ensure adequate general medical services for Thundersley, Essex, an area of increasing population.

Two more doctors have recently set up in practice in this area. Special allowances of£400 are payable to all doctors providing full medical services in the area and initial practice allowances are also available to doctors starting to practise there.
