§ Mr. Henry Clarkasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement on his plans for enabling farmers to meet increased costs by price guarantees until the 1968 Price Review charges can be implemented; and if he will consider making an interim award pending negotiations with the farmers' unions.
