§ Mr. OramThe report to which I assume my hon. Friend refers is concerned with the conservation of wild life and the establishment of national parks370W and reserves in Peru. It deals only marginally with vicuna. This report was made to the Government of Peru and it is for that Government to decide whether it should be published.
