§ Mr. CarmichaelInvestigation is continuing to see what might be done to improve traffic conditions at Selby. I regret that in my reply to a supplementary Question by my hon. Friend the Member for York (Mr. Alexander W. Lyon) on 15th November I said that there was to be a by-pass at Selby. No decision has in fact yet been reached in this matter.—[Vol. 754, c. 435–6.]
