§ Mr. HattersleyThe Industrial Training Act does not apply to the Crown. The Forestry Commission is not therefore liable to pay levies to the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Industry Training Board. The Commission has an assessor on the Board to ensure close working between them on training matters.
