§ Mr. DarlingThe general position of the British chipboard industry was set out in the Answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Fife, West (Mr. William Hamilton) on 26th April. I am aware of the difficulties faced by a chipboard factory in Inverness and of the concern which is felt about outlets for forestry thinnings in the area.
