§ 102. Mr. Grieveasked the Minister of Transport whether she is aware that some car delivery drivers are working excessively long hours, thereby endangering the safety both of themselves and of other users of the roads; and what proposals she has for remedying this state of affairs.
§ Mrs. CastleDrivers who deliver individual cars are not at present restricted by law in the number of hours they may work. I do not think it would be practicable at the moment to enforce legal limits on the hours of professional car drivers.
