§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe Fourth Report of the Universities Central Council on Admissions indicated that the number of students in Engineering, Technology and Applied Science admitted to universities in October, 1966, was 405 less than the universities' own estimate (made in May, 1966), of 9,972. As a percentage of that estimate the shortfall was approximately 4.2 per cent.
