§ Mr. G. Campbellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when construction work will begin on the new bridge over the River Spey at Craigellachie.
§ Mr. RossI understand that consulting engineers are about to report to the Joint Bridges Committee of the County Councils of Banff and Moray and Nairn on the technical aspects of this scheme. When they have done so the Committee may wish to discuss with me the possibility of finding a place for the scheme in the approved road programme.
