§ Mr. RossThe North-Eastern Regional Hospital Board's proposals for the future development of its services are set out in its Hospital Plan, published in 1964, which it is at present bringing up to date. I have asked the Board to send my hon. and learned Friend a copy of its up-to-date plan when it is available.
