Mr. Hooson

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what is the estimated cost of the preliminary feasibility and cost benefit study of the proposals for the crossing of the Dee estuary; and whether he intends to publish such report as presented by the consulting engineers.

Mr. Willey

The agreement with the consulting engineers provides for payment of £52,500 for this study. The report is being printed and will be published as soon as possible.
